Hushli is operated by EchoTree Inc., a company based in Taiwan. While Hushli is expanding globally, including to the U.S. and E.U., it is currently governed under Taiwanese law. For privacy-related inquiries, you may also contact us at support@hushli.ai.
Hushli may use artificial intelligence technologies to power certain in-app features (e.g., guided prompts, suggestions). These systems do not access your private data unless explicitly authorized by you, and outputs should not be considered professional advice.
Hushli is not a medical service and does not offer diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. If you are experiencing an emergency or mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately. You can also contact a local suicide prevention hotline in your region for immediate help.
Hushli is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. By using Hushli, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not use age-gating, so access is based on user-declared age. If we become aware of any use by children under 13, we will delete the associated data in accordance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

When you use chat or AI-powered features, the messages and optional images you choose to share are securely transmitted to our backend and processed using AI processing services to generate responses.

We may use third-party tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics or Google Analytics) to monitor app performance. Technical analytics services only access anonymized technical data and cannot access your chat content or voice input. For users in the E.U., U.K., or other jurisdictions with data transfer regulations, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to ensure lawful transfer of your data to the U.S.
