EchoTree may use artificial intelligence technologies to power certain in-app features (e.g., guided prompts, suggestions). These systems do not access your private data unless explicitly authorized by you, and outputs should not be considered professional advice.
EchoTree is not a medical service and does not offer diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. EchoTree is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. By using EchoTree, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not use age-gating, so access is based on user-declared age. If we become aware of any use by children under 13, we will delete the associated data in accordance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

We may use third-party tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics or Google Analytics) to monitor app performance. These services only access anonymized technical data and cannot view your personal reflections, voice input, or mood logs. For users in the E.U., U.K., or other jurisdictions with data transfer regulations, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to ensure lawful transfer of your data to the U.S.
